  • Large Trader Reporting System, Rule 13h-1 and Form 13H, have been approved and were implemented on October 3, 2011.
  • Modified Market Access Rule: The first phase of Market Access Rule 15c3-5 was implemented on July 14, 2011. The second phase of implementation is November 30, 2011 for all of the requirements of Rule 15c3-5 for fixed income securities and the requirements of Rule15c3-5(c)(1)(i) for all securities.

Institutional Trader Advisory Council (ITAC)

The role of ITAC is to advise the NASDAQ OMX Board of Directors on issues that impact the institutional buy-side community, securities industry and exchanges. These issues primarily focus on market structure, as well as the rules and regulations that impact institutional investors, NASDAQ OMX and the industry. In addition, ITAC works with NASDAQ OMX to help us maintain a constant dialogue with the buy-side institutional community.
