NASDAQ ModelView NASDAQ ModelView is a web-based historical data product intended to provide more comprehensive information regarding Nasdaq Market Center (NMC) liquidity. ModelView usage can help improve the performance of trading algorithms, the execution quality of smart-order routers, and enhance transaction cost analysis. ModelView provides aggregate displayable and reserve depth data, on an aggregated basis, for all price levels in the NMC on a T+10 basis.
Daily List The most recent Daily Lists are available in two formats: View (HTML) and Download (ASCII text file). The Daily Lists may be updated from 7:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., Eastern Time (ET), on the day the list is posted. To have the most up-to-date information during the trading day, market data distributors should process each of the updated files for all Daily Lists.
ACT Recap Report National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD®) member firms can manually download their ACT Recap Messages in a fixed-length delimited ASCII text file format directly to their PCs on a daily basis.  
Broker Dealer Data This monthly subscription includes access to Monthly Market Participant Share Volume Reports, Monthly Compliance Report Cards, and Historical Research Reports.  
Fundamental Data The fundamental data contains start of trading day information on NASDAQ equities including trading summary data such as, but not limited to, high and low price, total shares outstanding (TSO), NASDAQ Official Closing Price (NOCP), and public float. Please note, this data is available for NASDAQ equities only.
MP Position Plus National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) member firms can download the Daily MP Position Plus which contains all of the issues that all market participants had a registered position in for any given date. The report includes all end-of-day statuses for all MP Positions (Active, Suspended, Excused Withdrawn, Deleted, Functionally Excused, and Functionally Suspended) for every NASDAQ issue.  
NASDAQ-100 Index All data fields reported are as of the market close noted on the page as "Data as of", and adjusted for index changes to become effective prior to market open on the subsequent day.  
NASDAQ Billing An on-line source for viewing and printing invoices.    
NASDAQ Biotechnology Index All data fields reported are as of the market close noted on the page as "Data as of", and adjusted for index changes to become effective prior to market open on the subsequent day.  
NASDAQ Composite Index All data fields reported are as of the market close noted on the page as "Data as of", and adjusted for index changes to become effective prior to market open on the subsequent day.  
NASDAQ Financial-100 Index All data fields reported are as of the market close noted on the page as "Data as of", and adjusted for index changes to become effective prior to market open on the subsequent day.  
NASDAQ Index Watch Tracks NASDAQ Indexes and consolidates index information in one source. Data updated prior to market open.  
NASDAQ Short Interest NASDAQ short interest is based on a mid-month settlement date and includes the adjustment for stock splits.  
New NASDAQ Workstation A replacement for the NWII, the new Workstation eliminates the existing SDP and gives firms the option to connect to NASDAQ via the Internet or an Extranet, thereby offering firms an intuitive product at a much lower cost.    
NASDAQ WebLink ACES Provides a facility where order flow can be routed to designated market makers with established ACES relationships. WebLink ACES is designed for small order-entry firms that do not require all of the features of the NASDAQ Workstation, but still want to automate their order routing process and have a direct connection to their market makers’ internal systems.    
NASDAQ WebLink ACT Browser-based application that electronically facilitates the post-execution steps of price and volume reporting, comparison, and clearing of trades completed in NASDAQ, Consolidated Quotation System (CQS), OTC Bulletin Board® (OTCBB), and other over-the-counter (OTC) securities using the NASDAQ Market Center trade reporting service.    
Net Order Imbalance Indicator (NOII) Website
In support of NASDAQ's Opening and Closing Crosses implemented in 2004, NASDAQ sends the Net Order Imbalance Indicator (NOII) message for eligible securities in the minutes leading up to the cross process. NOII data is disseminated via the NASDAQ TotalView data feed, and made available on the NOII Website. The data is designed to provide the best indication of the price at which the NASDAQ market is likely to open or close for the eligible securities and reveal additional trading opportunities.    
Online Vendor Reporting (OLIVER) OLIVER offers a convenient mechanism for market data distributors to report summary market data usage. All market data distributors are automatically provided access to this service upon approval. Regulatory Transaction Fee Report Clearing firms can now obtain reports of their daily trading transactions (for the previous two months and the current month) in order to estimate their Regulatory Transaction Fees.
