The tender offer by Gilead Sciences Inc. (GILD) to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Immunomedics, Inc. (IMMU) is scheduled to expire one minute after midnight ET, on October 22, 2020, unless extended or terminated. The subsequent merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on October 23, 2020. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on October 22, 2020. If the merger closes as planned, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (October 23rd) and will be suspended effective October 26, 2020. The details are as follows:
