Nasdaq to Retire QIX-OTCBB Ports for FINRA OTCBB

FINRA has announced the retirement of the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) November 8, 2021. In conjunction with the OTCBB Retirement, Nasdaq will shut down all remaining QIX-OTCBB ports, pending SEC approval of an applicable rule filing, at the close of business on Friday, November 5, 2021. Effective immediately, Nasdaq will no longer accept requests for new or additional QIX Ports.

Clients who no longer actively use their OTCBB QIX Ports may cancel their ports ahead of the planned retirement by submitting a FINRA Services Port Request Form, otherwise the QIX-OTCBB ports will automatically terminated after the close of business on Friday, November 5, 2021.
