NASDAQ Data Products Agreements and Forms

In order to access NASDAQ and UTP real-time and web-based data, all subscribers must execute the appropriate NASDAQ agreements and forms, depending on their access method and intended usage.

Agreements

For Data Feed Subscribers (Internal Distribution): Firms that receive a delayed or real-time NASDAQ data feed and only distribute the data internally. NASDAQ Data Feed Subscriber Agreement For Data Feed Subscribers (External Distribution): Firms that receive a delayed or real-time NASDAQ data feed and distribute the data externally, to third-party users. NASDAQ Distributor Agreement (NASDAQ data) NASDAQ Vendor Agreement (UTP data) NASDAQ End User Subscriber Agreement For Affiliates and Subsidiaries (External Distribution): Firms that are an affiliate or subsidiary of another organization that receive a delayed or real-time NASDAQ data feed and intend to be covered under the agreement of the parent organization. End User Subscriber Agreements

Firms that distribute real-time NASDAQ data via controlled display devices must administer a NASDAQ Subscriber Agreement or equivalent to each end user firm or individual. This end-user agreement is to be provided directly to the end user by the market data distributor, not NASDAQ.
