Description of the Issue: Nasdaq PHLX experienced a system issue with hosts lagging at market opening which caused some SQF session disconnects, lags in market data and delays processing orders. 
 
 
Customers affected by the Issue: 50+
 
 
Corrective Action: At 9:37am, the affected hosts were failed over and the system was fully normalized at 10:14:59am. There were no further issues for the remainder of the day. Trading is expected to resume as normal for tomorrow's opening.
