WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (WIMI) announced the termination of its ADR program resulting in a conversion of American Depositary Shares to Class B Ordinary Shares. The conversion will be effective at the open of business on Thursday, April 3, 2025, each American Depositary Share will be exchanged for two (2) Class B Ordinary Shares. Following the conversion, the new ordinary shares will be listed on Nasdaq under the symbol WIMI.
