At a special meeting held on June 27, 2025, shareholders of Logan Ridge Finance Corporation (LRFC) approved the merger with Portman Ridge Finance Corporation (PTMN). The merger closed on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on July 14, 2025 and will be suspended effective July 16, 2025. Furthermore, Logan Ridge Finance Corporation declared a special cash dividend of approximately $0.38 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 22, 2025 to shareholders of record on July 14, 2025. Trades through July 14, 2025 will be entitled to the dividend. The details are as follows:
