The business combination of Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. II (OTC: SVIIF & SVIWF) and Eagle Nuclear Energy Corp. (NUCL & NUCLW) closed today, Tuesday, February 24, 2026. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list its Common stock and Warrant on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
