On December 11, 2025 the shareholders of Indivior PLC (INDV) approved a re-domestication from U.K. to Delaware, USA via a scheme of arrangement. As a result of the transaction, the company will undergo a name change, CUSIP change, and change in par value from $0.5 to $0.001 as well as a reclassification to Common Stock.
