As previously announced in ETA #2025-70, Nasdaq has adopted a new billing methodology in alignment with Rule 610 amendments announced by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), whereby the exchange has begun calculating pricing tiers for the current month based on the prior month’s trading activity. Existing billing reports have been updated to reflect this new methodology.

Please note that the following new reports are available for firms to track MTD volumes towards pricing tier accumulations for the following month. Firms can subscribe to these new reports in Report HQ.
